Bucks County, Pennsylvania · Editorial Policy

Disclosures, plainly.

Who runs this site, how it makes money, what sponsorship can and cannot buy, and the rules our hiring guides follow. Trust is the product — here is how we protect it.

Operated by Bucks County LLC — not affiliated with county government or any municipality. Verify time-sensitive information with official sources.

Who we are

The businesses behind this site.

BucksCountyHousing.com is operated by Bucks County LLC, which also operates BucksNotary.com (a paid mobile notary and loan-signing service) and is affiliated with Graham Sullivan, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson. Links to those services across this site — closing-support buttons, realtor banners, footer contacts — are house promotions for our own businesses, not paid third-party advertising. When you book either service, we earn money. That relationship is the business model; the housing intelligence content is how we earn your attention honestly.

Sponsors & ads

What sponsorship buys — and what it can't.

Local businesses can sponsor placements on this site. Sponsored placements are always visually labeled as such and live in dedicated sponsor surfaces, never inside editorial content. Sponsorship does not buy coverage, a recommendation, a mention in a hiring guide, or softer treatment of any fact. No guide, town profile, or market report on this site contains paid placement.

Pro guides

How the hiring guides work.

Our local-pro hiring guides are editorial, not a directory. We do not publish anonymous reviews, pay-to-play listings, or unvetted “best of” lists. As of July 2026 the guides name no individual businesses; if we ever recommend one by name, the recommendation will state its vetting basis (what we checked and when) and disclose any relationship — financial or otherwise — with that business, on the same page. Pricing figures in the guides are cited to their source and dated, and national data is labeled as national, never passed off as Bucks-specific.

Affiliates

Affiliate links and referral fees.

This site currently contains no affiliate links, and no business named or linked in our guides pays us a referral fee. If either ever changes, the affected links will be labeled where they appear and this policy will be updated first.

Facts & corrections

The citation contract.

Every factual claim we publish — millage rates, deadlines, licensing rules, provider territories, market statistics — carries a source and a verification date, and we prefer official sources: county offices, state agencies, federal data. When we get something wrong, we want to know. Report corrections through the community page and we will fix the page and bump its dateModified honestly.

Not advice

What this content is and isn't.

Everything on this site is general information for Bucks County, Pennsylvania — it is not legal, financial, tax, or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for the professionals it describes how to hire. Laws, rates, and deadlines change; always confirm current facts with the cited office before acting on them.

See something we got wrong?

Corrections make the site better and we take them seriously. Report one through the community page, or reach Bucks County LLC at (215) 932-3000 or info@bucksnotary.com. This policy was last reviewed July 2026 and will be updated as site features change.
